Equipment Structure


 

This Mechanical Load Flexing Test Equipment is designed to evaluate the mechanical endurance of vehicle plugs, socket-outlets, and non-rewireable couplers under repeated flexing. Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the system swings the sample from side to side, accurately simulating real-world bending and flexing conditions. Once the preset number of cycles is reached, the test stops automatically, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
