It is designed and manufactured according to IEC 61851-23:2023 clause 11.6.102 and Figure 110, Figure 111 and Table 114.

 

Product overview


 

The pulling force is realized by using a motor to drive an eccentric wheel mechanism. The motor speed is adjustable to ensure that the pulling force is applied accurately each time. It is equipped with a monitoring function for the pulling force duration. Torque is applied by a motor-driven tray that lifts a weight; When the time is reached, the tray automatically resets the lifting weight and ends the application of torque.

Samples and restrictions: Electric vehicle AC and DC charging station.

The flexible cord anchorage of the appliance shall relieve conductors at the terminals from pulling force and torque. This device is used to test the ability of the cord anchorage or cable fixing device of EV AC/DC charging stations to withstand specified tensile force and torque.
